Chason Ishii (R)
President, Broker-in-Charge
Chason Ishii has been President of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBP), Hawaii's leading real estate firm, since 2007. In his capacity he oversees the region’s strategic and long range planning for its administration, residential and commercial real estate offices. Under Chason's guidance CBP has been recognized with numerous awards including the prestigious "Brokerage Leadership Award" (three years in a row) for being the number one company in NRT's family of companies located in more than 35 of the nation's largest metropolitan markets.
Prior to assuming his current role, Chason began his career at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as a Senior Vice President in its King Street area office in 2000. His strong leadership skills and business acumen resulted in immediate significant growth that led this office to the #2 position in the nation (out of over 1000 offices nationally). Shortly after, his talents were rewarded in 2004 when he was promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing the entire sales division of the Hawaii region.
Chason was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and has done post-baccalaureate work at Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He is an active community leader devoting a large portion of his time to various service organizations. Chason is President and on the Executive Committee for HUGS (Help, Understanding and Group Support for seriously ill children), a Trustee for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for the Champion Edge Foundation. Chason is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Hawaii Business Roundtable.
When not in the office or out and about in the community, you may find Chason golfing, playing softball or coaching youth baseball.
Tracy Bradley (R)
Regional Vice President of Sales, Broker-in-Charge
Tracy oversees the operations of the five Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties area offices and the New Agent Training Office (NATO). Tracy started her real estate career in 1986, working in commercial real estate with Norris Beggs and Simpson in San Francisco. She later worked for Bradley Properties, managing the brokerage's Hawaii Kai office and co-managing the Kahala office. Since 1995, Tracy has worked as a recruiter and implemented a training program for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. In 1999, she launched the firm's NATO program. Tracy holds a degree in real estate and finance from the University of Denver. After hours, she enjoys paddling and spending quality time with her family.
Lori McCarney (R)
Senior Vice President of Operations
Lori McCarney is responsible for the Operations of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. She oversees the Information Technology, Marketing, Concierge, Relocation, ELeads, Property Information Center and REO departments. Lori brings over 30 years of marketing and business experience to each department and is an integral part of the leadership team for the company. During her career she has led the marketing of major local, national and international brands including Wells Fargo Bank, Nabisco, and Gillette from both the agency and client side of the desk. Additionally, Lori was a member of Bank of Hawaii's Managing Committee and had primary responsibility for their Mortgage Banking, Consumer Lending and Marketing Divisions. Lori is active on many community boards and enjoys participating in triathlons and spending time with her three sons.
Gerry Tomonari (R)
Senior Vice President, Principal Broker
As Principal Broker for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Gerry is responsible for providing training and support for our sales associates and management team to enhance their professionalism and ability to deliver a high level of service and expertise to our clients; manage risks; and limit legal exposure.
Gerry has been involved in the Oahu real estate industry since 1987 starting as a Sales Associate and progressing to Broker-in-Charge for Bradley Properties. Working with the leadership of the company Gerry was able to design her own career adventure. She was part of the transition team that took the best practices of 4 out of the 5 top real estate companies at the time to create the essence of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties (CBP). As Vice President – Operations, Gerry launched CBP’s start in relocation, customer service, resale of foreclosure properties, concierge, transaction management and a joint venture escrow company. She most recently served as Senior Vice President – Development with oversight for Human Resources and staff development; quality and process improvement initiatives and facilities. Gerry enjoys travelling with her husband and visiting with their 3 adult daughters living on Oahu, Australia and France.
Alane Podoll
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Alane oversees the company’s financial operations. Alane’s extensive experience includes work in small to large Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in August of 2011, she held several positions in Hawaii with Marriott Vacation Club and Ritz-Carlton Destination Club. Alane was the Director of Finance for Marketing and Sales of the Timeshare, Fractional, and Luxury Condo Sales Division at two large resort projects and also served as the Regional Director of Product Supply Management for Hawaii and the Western US. In these positions she gained six years of finance experience in real estate sales, resort development, and the escrow and title business. Prior to relocating to Hawaii, Alane lived in the Los Angeles area where she built a 10-year career in budgeting, finance and administration in the entertainment and music business at Universal Music Group. Alane enjoys surfing and snowboarding with her husband Matthew and son Zane and is a regular volunteer helping with the restoration of Hawaiian cultural sites with Maui Cultural Lands.
Patti Nakagawa, R, CRB, CHMS (King St)
Senior Vice President, Broker in Charge & Previews Director
Patti joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2003 and has been leading the company's King Street sales office since. Patti oversees the Previews International program which is the distant leader in the luxury home market on Oahu. Patti also oversees the training and business development of real estate agents and is responsible for recruitment and retention of the agents. Patti has a wealth of experience in the retail world as she was employed by DFS Hawaii for 23 years. During this time Patti held various positions including Vice President and Director of the Consumer Marketing and Community Relations department. Patti has been affiliated with the Retail Merchants of Hawaii where she was on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She was appointed Chair of the Board in July 2003 and also awarded as the Retail Employee of the Year in 2002. She is a past Board member of HVCB and the Travel and Tourism Research Association. On her time off, Patti enjoys traveling and photography.
Lael Wheeler, Realtor (Kahala Office)
Senior Vice President, Broker-in-Charge
Lael leads our Kahala office and is responsible for agent development, recruitment and ensuring the office continues to grow professionally and financially. Lael brings over 14 years of real estate experience to the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties family. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, Lael managed a designer retail operation in Honolulu for nine years which she pursued after receiving her degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the University of Hawaii. Lael is a Seattle native who now calls Hawaii her home. Lael and her husband have one daughter who lives in Hawaii and is a licensed real estate agent. Lael enjoys the outdoors and is a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club. She is affiliated with the Junior League of Honolulu, Delta Delta Delta sorority and participates in many non-profits, as giving back to the community is a passion of hers.
Larry Arinaga (Leeward Office)

Larry is a retired US Navy Commander who has led Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' Leeward sales office since 1995. He has been in the business since 1989 and has also held the title of Broker-in-Charge since 1994. Larry was born and raised on the island of Kauai. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Larry enjoys golf and is a Certified Hypnotherapist.
Paul "Kalama" Kim, R (Waikiki Office)
Senior Vice President, Broker-in-Charge
Kalama joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2005 and helped support the Kahala sales office. In 2006, Kalama was promoted to lead the Waikiki sales office. Kalama's past career experiences include his position at City Bank as the Vice President of Retail Division where he oversaw the sales and operations for its 24 branches. He was also a Sales Manager for Best Value Travel and is a professional tennis player and instructor. Kalama holds a major in Finance from the University of San Francisco. When not in the office Kalama is either on the courts or spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Aka Wedemeyer (Kailua Office)

Adam "Aka" Wedemeyer is Senior Vice President and Branch Manager for the Windward office. Aka brings to Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties a varied resume of real estate experiences. Previously, he was Owner/Broker of a small boutique residential brokerage in Ashland, Oregon. Prior to that, he was Broker-In-Charge of the Hawaii Island office for international commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis. Aka received his undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon State College and his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii. He is an member of the State of Hawaii Bar Association (inactive) and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon. In his free time, Aka enjoys family time, ocean activities, running, golf and yoga.

Eren Look is Senior Vice President and lead trainer for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ New Agent Training Office. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Eren brings energy, enthusiasm & her love of the business to every aspect of the NATO program. Her straight forward, no-nonsense approach has a proven track record of helping agents succeed & taking their business to the next level.
She began her career as a sales associate in 1985 selling real estate until 1992 when she was offered a management position within the company. Since then, Eren has worn several different hats including being a part of the leadership team where she contributed to coaching & agent development, recruiting & overall branch performance for the King Street, Windward & Waikiki offices. While she was there, the respective offices all ranked in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker offices nationwide & in 2010, the King Street office ranked within the top 1% of all NRT offices nationwide.
Eren’s life passion is to equip & inspire others to be the best they were meant to be so that they in turn would be able to positively impact the world around them. Of course, her desire to help others reach their full potential extend to her husband & 2 school aged children. Her hobbies include Zumba, reading & watching her son & daughter play volleyball.
Linda Komatsu-Wong (RA)
Vice President of Business Development & Relocation Director
Linda has been overseeing the Relocation and Concierge Departments since 2001 and NRT Hawaii Referral, LLC. Since 2009. Previously, Linda was involved as a marketing professional in business development for over 30 years in various industries such as Consumer Electric and Appliances, Educational Products, Office Products, and Real Estate. Linda is a devoted wife and mother of two sons. You'll often find her on the golf course with her favorite Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' golf club.
Michelle Saito (R)
REO Director
Michelle J. Saito was born and educated in Hawaii. She began her real estate career in 1995 and has received various production awards over the years. She was recently promoted to REO Director overseeing Coldwell Bankers REO department that services local and national lenders in managing and listing REO properties. Michelle is married with two children. She is a volunteer with The Honolulu Boy Choir as Administrative Assistant where her son has been a member since 2004. She is Chairperson of the Makiki Christian Church Preschool board of directors.
Justin Itoh
Director of Information Technology
In his role as IT director, Justin is responsible for building computer-based systems that reflect the highest state of technical sophistication that is consistent with CBP’s needs and ensuring the security of the company’s systems including the network, servers and databases. He also consults with CBP management to determine the information requirements, system capacity and equipment acquisitions. Justin brings over 20 years of IT experience from various industries, including education, manufacturing, and hospitality. Most recently, Justin was the IT Coordinator at Leeward Community College and the Associate Vice President / Chief Information Officer for Hawaii Pacific University. Despite holding a Masters in Business Administration on Information Management from California State University - San Bernardino, he has yet to "master" either golf or tennis during his leisure time.
