Change is constant and I love this business because of that!  The current real estate market is very interesting and offers opportunities for Buyers and Sellers.  In price ranges under a million dollars you will often find a shortage of available inventory, especially near downtown Honolulu.  Buyers may have to be prepared to make decisions quickly when they see a home they like, and to offer fair prices based on the current comparables.  This is not a market to "low ball" on offers, if the property is something you really like.  Sellers have an opportunity to sell at a fair price but must pay attention to how their home shows, and remember that first impressions are very important; and first impressions are not just important for potential buyers, but to agents as well.  Interest rates are still terrific.  Sellers have an opportunity to sell without too much competition as current inventory levels are low in many parts of the island.  We are in a balanced market now; good for buyers and sellers.  I have over 19  years of experience in real estate sales, and have been through several different market cycles. My goal is to help my clients reach their real estate goals.  Born and raised in Nuuanu Valley in Honolulu, I know what makes different neighborhoods special!

Background Info

Nancy graduated from Punahou School in 1974 and earned a degree in Business Management from Whitworth College, in Spokane, Washington in 1978.  She has been a consistent top producer in the company since 1993, and recently completed her second  3 year term on the  Board of Directors for the Honolulu Board of Realtors.  She holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation and is an ePRO designee.  She is a second generation Realtor in her family, and now works with the 3rd generation, her daughter, Ashley.  The family's goal has always been to work with their clients with "A Tradition of Gracious Service and Professionalism."
