President
As the President of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Chason oversees the region’s strategic and long range planning for its administration, residential and commercial real estate offices. Chason began his career at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as a Senior Vice President in its King Street area office in 2000. In 2004, he was promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing the sales division of the Hawaii region. Chason holds a degree in business administration from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and has done post-baccalaureate work at Harvard University Graduate School of Business. Chason is an active community leader devoting a portion of his time to various service organizations. He is a Past President and on the Executive Committee for HUGS (Help, Understanding and Group Support) and also a Board of Trustees member and the Executive Vice President for the Public Schools of Hawaii Foundation. Chason is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Hawaii Business Roundtable, and is Vice-President and a member of the HiCentral MLS (Honolulu Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service) Board of Directors. When not in the office, you may find Chason golfing, playing softball or coaching baseball.

Regional Vice President of Sales
Tracy oversees the operations of the five Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties area offices and the New Agent Training Office (NATO). Tracy started her real estate career in 1986, working in commercial real estate with Norris Beggs and Simpson in San Francisco. She later worked for Bradley Properties, managing the brokerage's Hawaii Kai office and co-managing the Kahala office. Since 1995, Tracy has worked as a recruiter and implemented a training program for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. In 1999, she launched the firm's NATO program. Tracy holds a degree in real estate and finance from the University of Denver. After hours, she enjoys paddling and spending quality time with her family.

Senior Vice President of Operations
Lori McCarney is responsible for the Operations of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. She oversees the Information Technology, Marketing, Concierge, Relocation, ELeads, Property Information Center and Previews departments. Lori brings over 30 years of marketing and business experience to each department and is an intergral part of the leadership team for the company. During her career she has led the marketing of major local, national and international brands including Wells Fargo Bank, Nabisco, and Gillette from both the agency and client side of the desk. Additionally, Lori was a member of Bank of Hawaii's Managing Committee and had primary responsibility for their Mortgage Banking, Consumer Lending and Marketing Divisions. Lori is active on many community boards and enjoys participating in triathlons, running, paddling, and especially spending time with her three sons.

Senior Vice President of Development
Gerry has been in the real estate industry since 1987. She currently oversees the development of the region's administrative and area office staff including all Human Resources functions. She is involved with the region's quality and process improvement initiatives, deploying the Vision, Mission, Core Values of CBP, and the development of new business opportunities. Gerry enjoys traveling with her husband Paul and their three adult daughters, Dana, Sara and Lori.

Chief Financial Officer
Michael is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in financial management in diversified industry segments such as residential real estate brokerage, commercial property management, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and government. Michael holds a CPA license in the state of Hawaii and Oregon. He is also a Certified Management Accountant. He is a graduate of Montana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. On his time off, Michael enjoys scuba diving with his wife Elise.

Previews Director
The Previews International program is the distant leader in the luxury home market on Oahu due to Bradley’s expertise, passion and leadership. This springs from her many years of experience in the luxury market, starting with Bradley Properties, which she founded in 1975. After merging with three other leading firms in 1995, Penny served as Chairman of the newly formed Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, which has maintained its leadership position in the overall and luxury home market since inception. Penny is actively involved in the community, having served on a variety of economic, industry, and community service boards. In addition, she has been recognized with numerous awards and honors. Her passion, drive, and determination are evident in her active participation in triathlons. She has competed and won her age division in many of these swim, bike and run races, and qualified and competed in the Ironman World Championship in Kona in 2006.

Senior Vice President, Broker-in-Charge Lael leads our Kahala office and is responsible for agent development, recruitment and ensuring the office continues to grow professionally and financially. Lael brings over 14 years of real estate experience to the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties family. Prior to pursuing a real estate career, Lael managed a designer retail operation in Honolulu for nine years which she pursued after receiving her degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the University of Hawaii. Lael is a Seattle native who now calls Hawaii her home. Lael and her husband have one daughter who lives in Hawaii and is a licensed real estate agent. Lael enjoys the outdoors and is a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club. She is affiliated with the Junior League of Honolulu, Delta Delta Delta sorority and participates in many non-profits, as giving back to the community is a passion of hers.

Patti Nakagawa, RA, CHMS (King St) Senior Vice President
Patti joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2003 and has been leading the company's King Street sales office since. Patti oversees the training and business development or real estate agents and is responsible for recruitment and retention of the agents. Patti has a wealth of experience in the retail world as she was employed by DFS Hawaii for 23 years. During this time Patti held various positions including Vice President and Director of the Consumer Marketing and Community Relations department. Patti has been affiliated with the Retail Merchants of Hawaii where she was on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She was appointed Chair of the Board in July 2003 and also awarded as the Retail Employee of the Year in 2002. She is a past Board member of HVCB and the Travel and Tourism Research Association. On her time off, Patti enjoys traveling and photography.

Larry Arinaga (Leeward Office) Senior Vice President
Larry is a retired US Navy Commander who has led Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' Leeward sales office since 1995. He has been in the business since 1989 and has also held the title of Broker-in-Charge since 1994. Larry was born and raised on the island of Kauai. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Larry enjoys golf and is a Certified Hypnotherapist.

Kalama joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2005 and helped support the Kahala sales office. In 2006, Kalama was promoted to lead the Waikiki sales office. Kalama's past career experiences include his position at City Bank as the Vice President of Retail Division where he oversaw the sales and operations for its 24 branches. He was also a Sales Manager for Best Value Travel and is a professional tennis player and instructor. Kalama holds a major in Finance from the University of San Francisco. When not in the office Kalama is either on the courts or spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Sandra joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in 2007 with over 25 years of real estate experience. She started her career in 1981and earned her broker’s license in 1991. She owned her real estate brokerage company for 11 years and handled many multi- million dollar transactions across Oahu, including those of clients from Japan and Korea. In addition to Sakuma’s extensive real estate sales and marketing experience, she previously worked as a court appointed commissioner for the State of Hawaii. She also has many years of experience in marketing and selling foreclosure properties and has degrees in Marketing and Finance. In her free time, Sandra enjoys skiing and horseback riding.

Leslie "Les" heads the New Agent Training Office (NATO) where his leadership will provide sales and career development to the 80+ agents-in-training for the various Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties offices on Oahu. Les was born and raised on Oahu. He is a graduate of Kaimuki High School and holds a degree from the School of Travel Industry and Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. When not in the classroom, Les is having fun with his wife Lorri and twin daughters Jenna and Kelsi.

Senior Vice President, Principal Broker
Tom joined Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties when it came into being in 1995. He was the manager of the Waikiki Office before becoming CBP's Principal Broker, responsible for regulatory and legal compliance, among other key duties. His industry involvement is significant. He was a past director of the HBR (Honolulu Board of Realtors) and past chair of its MLS (Multiple Listing Service) committee and a past member of the Legislative Committee of the HAR (Hawaii Association of Realtors). He is currently a member of the Presidential Task Force on Agency for HAR and a current member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Consumer-Relationships for the REC which is focusing on improving consumer benefits under current agency regulations. When not studying or commenting on regulations, or consulting with sales associates and management, Tom looks for antique telephones to add to his collection.

David directs the technology systems for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, David worked in Hawaii's hospitality industry developing high-end, large-scale technology solutions and strategies for one of Hawaii's premiere luxury resort groups. He is passionate about technology and the advantages it can deliver to an organization in reaching its daily and strategic goals. David is originally from Royal Oak, Michigan. He has lived in Hawaii for the past 12 years, and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Vice President of Business Development
Linda has been overseeing the Relocation and Concierge Departments for over five years. Previously, Linda was involved as a marketing professional in business development for over 30 years in various industries such as Consumer Electric and Appliances, Educational Products, Office Products, and Real Estate. Linda is a devoted wife and mother of two sons. You'll often find her on the golf course with her favorite Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' golf club.

REO Director, Manager PIC/E-Leads
Georgia leads both the REO department and the Property Information Center. She has over 10 years of experience in dealing with REO properties. This department is the only full-service REO department in Hawaii. Supervises the call center and successfully implemented LeadRouter, a Cendant internet lead matching program for agents. Georgia is a member of REOMAC. She has achieved a CRP designation for the Employee Relocation Council (ERC). Georgia is a graduate from Texas Christian University with an accounting major.

Controller
Terra is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Accounting Department at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Previously, part of her career was spent in the mortgage banking industry with additional background in the Public Accounting field specializing in construction, manufacturing, and wholesale retail distribution. Terra graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, San Marcos. On her days off, Terra spends time with her family having a passion for sailing which includes crossing the Pacific Ocean and sailing from Mexico to Hawaii.

Director of Marketing
Michael directs the marketing, advertising and Marketing Service Center (MSC) for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Michael spent the last 10 years in Hawaii’s advertising agency industry developing advertising and marketing strategies for many of the top brands in Hawaii. Michael is passionate about marketing that builds brands and maximizes sales results. He was born and raised on Oahu and received a bachelors degree in marketing from the Hawaii Pacific University. When not in the office, you're sure to find him on the golf course or out on his one-man canoe.
