What is CB University?

Coldwell Banker's University is an exclusive educational program that provides newly licensed, or those experienced agents looking to accelerate their business, the tools for a successful real estate career. With over 600 sales associates and six offices across Oahu, you will learn sales and marketing techniques from the very best resources in the market. The program blends together experienced agents and sales managers to provide you a personal coaching team to guide you and your career. Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties is the place where Hawaii's most successful real estate agents call home.

Training Program Timeline

We have developed a comprehensive 6 month training program where you receive hands on real estate experience both inside and outside of the office. It starts with an intensive and interactive stage that combines classroom and real life lessons. You will be paired with an experienced sales agent and sales manager who will show you what it takes to be successful. It continues with 1:1 coaching and support through your initial transactions. As part of the critical building blocks to a solid career foundation, you will work at open houses during the weekend, where you will interact with Buyers and Sellers. It is a place to learn with other agents, while building your client base and personal networking system. It will become the most important time of your career.

Not Just Textbook Training

We show you how to operate as a real estate professional from the very beginning. You'll learn how to hold an open house, how to generate new business, how to read market trends and how to run your business. You'll have Hawaii’s largest real estate company as your partner and you'll benefit from all of the tools and support that the company has to offer every agent. Your personal coaching team along with the most experienced staff in the industry will provide daily guidance, training and ongoing coaching to get you started on the path to success.
