We add trolley and pedicab rides to make getting around easy and carefree. Plus, who will argue with a chance to win a trip for two to Las Vegas? One lucky person will win a trip for two to Las Vegas. It could be you! This includes air, four nights accommodation and three meals per day, courtesy of Vacations Hawaii.
Pick up an entry form, have it validated at three Coldwell Banker open houses in Waikiki during the event on July 15th and then drop it off at Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber before 5:30pm for your chance to win.

Entry forms will be available in the Star Advertiser and Midweek as the event approaches. On the day of the event, you can also get an entry form at any of our Open Houses in Waikiki, Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber or on a Waikiki is Open trolley or pedicab. Of course, entry forms will also be available from any Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties agent and right here on the event weekend. Please see rules and regulations for complete details.
Trolleys
Hop on a free Waikiki is Open Trolley to visit open houses the fun way. Catch a trolley at Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber or wherever a Waikiki is Open Event Staff holding large Coldwell Banker is standing. Check out our entry form for a trolley route map and stops. Trolleys will start running at 2pm and end with their last stop at Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber at 5pm.
Pedicabs
Looking at property in the Gold Coast? We will have two free Waikiki is Open pedicabs operating to the Gold Coast along Kalakaua Avenue between the foot of Kapahulu Avenue and the fountain. What a great way to experience a fabulous neighborhood!
Jimmy Buffett’s
Looking at Open Houses can make you hungry! So, we’ve teamed up with our partner, Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber to give you a very special dining offer. Enjoy a burger and a beer, margarita or soft drink for only $12. That’s a big savings on a delicious meal at this very popular eatery. Pick up your dining coupon when you drop off your entry form at Jimmy Buffett’s. The coupon is good on July 15th in celebration of Waikiki is Open, or during lunchtimes until the end of the year.
